Product Overview
Product Information
The YT1215BUV ultraviolet accelerated aging test chamber simulates the damage caused by solar ultraviolet light, and conducts climate resistance testing on the tested material by exposing it to controlled high temperature light. It uses ultraviolet lamps to simulate the radiation effect of sunlight, and simulates dew and rain through condensation and water spraying. In just a few days or weeks, the ultraviolet irradiation equipment can withstand the damage that takes months or even years to occur outdoors, including fading, color changes, loss of luster, powdering, cracking, wrinkling, foaming, brittleness, strength reduction, oxidation, etc. Its test results can be used to select new materials, improve existing materials, or evaluate changes in material formulations. Compared to Type A UV aging box, Type B has added UV intensity control and a proprietary UVA dimmer, allowing users to freely set UV intensity.
