This product is a test equipment that uses a xenon lamp as a light source to simulate and enhance weather resistance and accelerate photo aging, in order to quickly obtain near atmospheric aging test results and evaluate the weather resistance of materials. Weather resistance test is an important means of screening and optimizing product composition in the scientific research and production process, and it is also an important content of product quality inspection. The main factors causing material aging are sunlight and humidity. The weather resistance test chamber can simulate the hazards caused by sunlight, rainwater, and dew. The weather resistance test chamber uses xenon lamps to simulate the effect of sunlight exposure, and uses condensed moisture to simulate rainwater and dew. The tested material is placed in a cyclic program of alternating light and moisture at a certain temperature for testing. It takes several days or weeks to reproduce the hazards that occur outdoors for months or even years. Product Features:
This product uses xenon arc lamps (or carbon arc lamps), which are currently recognized as the best way to simulate natural sunlight, as the light source, and is equipped with suitable spectral requirements for testing, a blackboard thermometer, and temperature, humidity, and water spray devices to simulate testing under specific natural environmental conditions.

2. Spray cooling device:
The water spray cooling system of the product is controlled by a temperature controller. When the temperature of the test chamber exceeds the set temperature, the water spray cooling system automatically sprays water for cooling regulation.
3. Raining system device:
The rain protection system of the product consists of components such as a water pump, sprinkler pipe, and time relay control. The spraying cycle is adjustable, and it is recommended to set the spraying cycle to 60 minutes or 12 minutes.
4. Sample tray:
The rotational speed of the sample tray is adjustable by 360 degrees and rotates around the central axis.
5. Timing device:
In order to record the working time of each experiment, the product is equipped with a timer on the operation panel, which can control the equipment time. When the timer ends, the equipment will automatically shut down.
6. Protection device:
In order to ensure the normal operation of the xenon arc lamp and prevent damage, this product uses a protective device that not only ignites the xenon arc lamp by interlocking with the cooling water in the circuit (i.e. the xenon arc lamp cannot be lit when the cooling water is not working), but also automatically turns off and the entire machine stops working if there is a cooling water failure during operation.
