The BCV-1FD clean bench is a device used to provide clean air in the operating area. It filters out particles and microorganisms in the air through an air filtration system, ensuring the cleanliness of the operating area. Widely used in the electronic and precision machinery industries that focus on controlling dust, as well as in agriculture, forestry, and healthcare industries that focus on controlling dust and bacteria.

Product Features:

1. Adopting a vertical laminar air supply structure, with adjustable 3-speed wind speed, and using a low air volume, high air pressure, and low-noise fan.

2. The shell is made of high-quality cold-rolled sheet, with a surface electrostatic spray coating and a beautiful appearance. Anti splash stainless steel workbench, easy to clean and maintain.

4. Equipped with a standard LCD intelligent controller, it has: UV sterilization timing function, sterilization lamp and lighting lamp and fan interlock function, temperature display function, cumulative working time function, multi speed adjustment of wind speed, and remote control.

5. Adopting a LCD screen to display the wind speed and filter service life bar (cumulative working time of the filter), easy to operate.

6. Adopting a non partition HEPA high-efficiency filter to achieve a cleanliness level of over 100.

7. The opening height of the front window can be set arbitrarily, and the tempered glass front window can slide up and down in a self balancing manner to meet various operational requirements. Tempered glass comes with an anti UV film to prevent UV rays from leaking out.

8. The workspace is equipped with ultraviolet sterilization lamps, waterproof power sockets, and water vapor valves to provide convenience for experiments.

9. Split structure, ergonomically designed with a 5-degree tilt angle, equipped with universal casters for easy movement and fixation.

10. Hidden lighting design can reduce visual fatigue.
