The 7G computer low-temperature asphalt elongation tester is the latest research intelligent elongation tester developed by our company. This instrument has been improved and upgraded on the popular old product, and has a qualitative leap in technical parameters and performance compared to the previous generation product. Its refrigeration system adopts a complete set of brand new air conditioning systems from well-known manufacturers, with reliable performance, extremely high refrigeration effect, and higher reliability. The display area of the human-machine interface LCD screen has been upgraded to a 10 inch touch screen, and the self-developed intelligent temperature control system has been replaced. Optimized PID and fuzzy control algorithms have been adopted, resulting in a temperature control accuracy of 0.1 ℃, which is better than the national standard indicators. The entire series of instruments are equipped with an external display panel and external operation buttons, providing more direct and clear display and convenient operation. The stretching system adopts ball screws and linear guides, improving the mechanical structure and making the stretching motion smoother. The driving method adopts a high-precision stepper motor, which controls the speed more accurately and completely eliminates low-speed vibration. Support tension measurement function, capable of conducting tensile tests on modified asphalt, with curve graph display, storage, and printing functions. Most models in the entire series come with serial communication and can be equipped with networking functions, providing multiple data upload methods such as direct serial connection, direct writing to remote databases, and interactive writing through web service/http interfaces.
Execution standard: T0605-2011 (JTG3410-2025) is applicable for determining asphalt ductility.
Product Features:
1. Internal and external dual circuit water circulation. During the experiment, the water circulation in the external water tank was turned off, and the internal water continued to circulate at a constant temperature, with minimal water ripples while ensuring temperature stability.
2. Driven by a high-precision stepper motor, low-speed stretching vibration is almost completely eliminated. Combined with our advanced index increasing soft start software algorithm, it can effectively reduce the impact of instrument vibration on the test results of modified asphalt.
