The asphalt evaporation loss test chamber is designed and produced in accordance with the requirements of T0608-2011 "Asphalt Evaporation Loss Test" in the latest national standard JTGE20-2011 "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering". Suitable for measuring the changes in road asphalt when heated.

This product is non explosion proof. Any volatile, flammable, or explosive materials are strictly prohibited from being heated inside the box to avoid danger.

Product Features:

1. The outer body is composed of thin steel plates, and the upper half is a fully stainless steel workshop with double layered doors, with a glass window in the center. Equipped with lighting indoors, the reading of the indoor thermometer can be easily seen from the outside during the measurement.

2. The heating device is installed at the bottom of the working area and uses natural air convection to heat the air uniformly through the upper and lower air ducts and the back of the working chamber.

3. There is a turntable in the center of the studio that can hold four asphalt sample dishes, which is driven by a motor. Rotate at a speed of 5.5 revolutions per minute.

4. The temperature control adopts intelligent instruments to ensure compliance with the test procedure requirements of 163 ℃± 0.5 ℃.
