1. Design reference standards: Chinese transportation industry standard T0735-2011, technical requirements of American standards ASTMD607-98 and AASHTO T308-99, can continuously, safely, and reliably clean asphalt residues in tests, and can meet the requirements of large-scale continuous production of mixing plants, highway supervision, and scientific research units

Design principle: This instrument uses high-temperature decomposition (oxidation combustion) to evaporate the organic matter remaining inside and outside the glassware and metal utensils, in order to achieve the purpose of removal. Actual experiments have shown that there is no sample residue inside and outside the metal utensils and glassware after high-temperature combustion cleaning. It has the advantages of good residue removal effect, no use of volatile toxic solvents, green environmental protection, and maximizes the maintenance of the operator's health.
