The asphalt brittleness point measuring instrument is suitable for measuring various specifications and models of asphalt. As the temperature decreases, the asphalt material changes from a viscous plastic state to an elastic brittle state, resulting in a decrease in surface plasticity and an increase in brittleness. This instrument is used to measure the brittleness point of asphalt at low temperatures. Widely used in production, road construction, and scientific research departments, it is more suitable for testing modified asphalt.

Product Features:

This test instrument involves coating a layer of asphalt film on a certain metal sheet, and bending the metal sheet through a handle in an insulation cylinder equipped with a cooling device. As the temperature decreases, the temperature of the asphalt film mold gradually decreases. When it reaches a certain temperature, the temperature at which the asphalt film mold fractures under the specified bending conditions (displayed by an alcohol thermometer) is the brittle point of the asphalt.
