The TSZ-1B fully automatic strain gauge triaxial apparatus is used for teaching experiments in general geotechnical laboratories and colleges. The instrument is strain controlled and used for measuring the strength and deformation characteristics of soil samples with a maximum surrounding pressure of 2.0 MPa and a diameter of 39.1mm under axial static load conditions in triaxial shear tests. It can perform triaxial tests of unconsolidated undrained shear (UU), consolidated undrained shear (CU), and consolidated drained shear (CD).
Product Features:
1. The core control system of the instrument measurement and control system adopts a high-speed 32-bit ARM microcontroller, with ultra high sampling and computing capabilities to ensure accurate acquisition and display of various data during the testing process.
2. The measurement and control system adopts a large screen color touch LCD screen, a friendly and intuitive human-computer interaction interface, simple and easy to operate touch settings, and exquisite software design, providing users with an unimaginable user experience.
3. The loading system is driven by a servo motor with a continuously variable cutting rate. The display uses a 10 inch color screen with a friendly and intuitive interface. The motor is controlled by all metal mechanical buttons, and commonly used speeds can be quickly selected and set. Users can also customize the speed for quick adjustment.
4. The entire system does not require any external pressure source such as an air compressor, and achieves hydraulic control on its own, with stable performance and meeting the needs of various triaxial tests.
5. The instrument pipeline is simple and easy to operate, and the on/off status of valve fittings is easy to distinguish. The pressure chamber has high compressive strength, and the friction coefficient of the pressure rod is small, which maximizes the elimination of the influence on the test.
