Product Information

This instrument is suitable for measuring the relationship between deformation and pressure of coarse-grained soil with a maximum particle size of 80mm and a total load of 700KN. The relationship between deformation and time is used to calculate the unit settlement, compression coefficient, compression index, rebound index, volumetric compression coefficient, compression modulus, consolidation coefficient, and pre consolidation pressure of coarse-grained soil. The instrument adopts a floating ring type sample cylinder, a metal reaction frame, a hydraulic cylinder loaded with an electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve to stabilize the consolidation pressure, a high degree resistance ruler to measure the consolidation settlement, and a spoke type load sensor to measure the consolidation pressure. All data is automatically collected in real time by a computer, and the test software can complete the consolidation, consolidation rebound test automatic control, data calculation, curve display, and standard test report output. The technical parameters of the instrument comply with the national standards GB/T50123-2019 "Soil Test Method Standard" and DL5356-2006 "Test Code for Coarse grained Soil in Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering".

Product Features:

1. Non sinking integrated body, no need for pre installed foundation, and no need for excavation or pre embedding.

2. High quality radial piston servo pump and proportional relief valve dual control, stable pressure state without noise.

3. The hydraulic system is equipped with a cooling device, which effectively reduces excessive oil temperature during long-term operation.

4. Equipped with a trial mold mobile guide rail and positioning device, it is convenient for users to install the trial mold and position it.

5. Equipped with a rocker arm type hydraulic lifting device, the test bucket can be quickly transferred up and down between the main engine and the trolley.

6. The test space can be adjusted by manual screw, and other sizes of test kits can be optionally installed.

7. Independent servo measurement and control cabinet, equipped with a 10 inch touch screen and a 19 inch industrial embedded tablet computer.

8. It has data monitoring and related emergency alarm functions.

9. The self-developed coarse-grained soil mechanics series PC version testing software can complete functions such as testing, drawing, numerical analysis, and reporting.
