The coarse-grained soil direct shear compression testing machine is developed in accordance with the national standards GB/T 50123-2019 "Soil Test Method Standard" and DL 5356-2006 "Test Code for Coarse grained Soil in Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering" issued by the Ministry of Water Resources of the People's Republic of China. A specialized equipment used to determine the shear strength and deformation time relationship of coarse-grained soil with a maximum particle size of 80mm. This device can perform both direct shear and compression tests simultaneously without interfering with the data.
The coarse-grained soil direct shear compression testing machine adopts a frame type, with two layers of circular shear boxes on top and bottom, and adjustable opening height. Axial load and horizontal thrust are measured using spoke type load sensors, while vertical settlement and horizontal shear displacement are measured using resistance gauges. All hydraulic operations and control valves are centrally placed on the operation control screen. The collection system is matched with our company's automatic data collection system to complete automatic data collection.
This instrument mainly consists of three parts: measurement and control system, loading system, and accessories (including two-layer circular shear box, movable pad, driving guide rail, etc.).
Product Features:
1. The core control system of the instrument measurement and control system adopts a high-speed 32-bit ARM microcontroller with a built-in real-time operating system. The high-speed sampling and computing capabilities ensure the accurate acquisition and display of various data during the test process.
2. The measurement and control system adopts an industrial tablet computer with integrated touch function. The testing and control software is fully functional, meeting the data display and automatic testing functions required by the specifications, and has complete recording and report display functions.
3. The axial loading system is driven by an AC servo oil source, with a more stable shear rate and controlled by a constant pressure proportional valve with a large loop feedback system. There is no noise in the stable voltage state.
4. Optional CNC metering oil source (cutting speed can be reduced to 0.001-5mm/min).
5. Equipped with a trial mold moving guide rail and positioning device, and optional trial mold lifting device (a horizontally movable micro crane).
6. Optional trial mold kits of other sizes can be installed.
7. One machine can complete consolidation, consolidation direct shear and other tests.
8. Independent servo measurement and control cabinet, equipped with a 10 inch touch screen and a 19 inch industrial embedded tablet computer.
