The HDSZ-30A1 coarse-grained soil triaxial shear testing machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T50123-2019 "Soil Test Method Standard", and all performance parameters fully comply with relevant specifications. This testing machine is used to determine the shear strength, deformation, and pore water pressure of soil samples under equal strain loading. This system can perform unconsolidated undrained tests (UU), consolidated undrained tests (CU), consolidated drained tests (CD), etc.
This instrument mainly consists of three parts: measurement and control system, loading system, and accessories (including a diameter of 300mm pressure chamber, split mold, compactor, electric lifting and moving frame, etc.).
Product Features:
1. The core control system of the instrument measurement and control system adopts a high-speed 32-bit ARM microcontroller with a built-in real-time operating system. The ultra high speed sampling and computing capabilities ensure the accurate acquisition and display of various data during the testing process.
2. The operation interface of the measurement and control system adopts an all-in-one computer, and the testing and control software has complete functions, meeting the data display and automatic testing requirements of the specifications, with complete recording and report display functions.
3. The axial loading system is driven by an AC servo oil source, with a more stable shear rate and controlled by a constant pressure proportional valve with a large loop feedback system.
4. The entire system does not require any external pressure sources such as air compressors, and achieves hydraulic control, confining pressure generation and control on its own, with stable performance and meeting the needs of various triaxial tests.
5. The confining pressure and back pressure loading system adopts a water pressure loading system composed of servo motors and loading pistons. It is independently controlled by a 7-inch touch screen (or can be connected to the main controller for automatic control), and the loading pressure is closed-loop controlled. It is easy to operate and has high accuracy.
6. The pressure chamber is made of thick walled 45 # steel and has a transparent observation window, easy disassembly structure, and a lifting ring. The steel structure has a pressure resistance of 15MPa, the observation window and sealing material have a pressure resistance of 6MPa, and the overall pressure of the pressure chamber is 5MPa.
7. The loading host adopts a structure of oil cylinder placement, which can be installed on the ground without excavation under the premise of sufficient room height.
8. Pressure chamber hoist (optional), standard load 1 ton. It can move in 2 directions and requires no guide rail installation.
9. The host is equipped with a pressure chamber moving guide rail and a moving trolley, and the handwheel rotation control eliminates the need for manual handling of the pressure chamber.
