The new multifunctional pavement material strength testing machine is a newly designed product by our company based on the original pavement material strength testing single speed host. This testing machine adopts an integrated design of host and control, which is easy to operate, stable and reliable. As a multifunctional highway subgrade and pavement material testing machine, it can use various instrument accessories to determine the unconfined compressive strength, indirect tensile strength (splitting test), bearing ratio test (including expansion measurement) of various geotechnical specimens.

The newly designed control system adopts a high-speed CPU design, a 10 inch color LCD screen display, and a user-friendly interface. Adopting an analog-to-digital separation design, the high-speed sampling CPU is specifically responsible for data sampling, and supports 2 displacement sensor inputs and 2 pressure sensor inputs, with high accuracy and small errors. It also uses a built-in real-time RTOS and complete testing software functions, which can complete unconventional tests of various materials. It has functions such as real-time curve display, data storage, upper and lower limit and overload protection, and direct connection to printers.

5. Displacement sampling points can be set up with 40 recording points to meet the experimental requirements. 8 pressure recording points can be set.

6. It has upper and lower limit protection functions to protect the loading mechanism from external damage.
