The on-site CBR tester for soil foundation is an instrument that uses a heavy-duty truck with a rear axle bearing capacity of not less than 60KN and a servo motor for loading. It calculates the CBR value of the soil foundation site based on the penetration amount measured by the penetration rod and the load weight measured by the dynamometer.

This instrument is designed and manufactured according to JTJ059-95 "On site Testing Regulations for Highway Roadbeds and Pavements", and is suitable for on-site testing of various soil based materials on highways. The penetration amount is measured by a penetration rod and the load weight is measured by a load cell, and the CBR value of the soil based site is calculated.

This instrument adopts a high-speed CPU design, a 10.2-inch touch LCD screen to display real-time data, an analog-to-digital separation design, and high-speed CPU data sampling. The loading system is driven by a servo motor to reduce the gearbox and complete the vertical load loading. This machine comes with a power box (lithium phosphate battery pack) and does not require an external car battery.
