To test the water permeability of the road surface and the mix design of asphalt mixture. Instrument composition:

1. The measuring cylinder is made of organic glass and installed on the upper part of the instrument. It has a volume of about 500ml and is marked with a scale with a resolution of 2ml. There are thick markings at 100ml and 500ml.

2. The connecting rod connects the rubber plug and the handle plate, and controls the start and stop of the test by inserting and removing the rubber plug.
