Product Overview
Product Information
It is mainly used for measuring the deformation of asphalt mixture under fixed pressure after the formation of pouring asphalt mixture samples. The instrument adopts sensors to detect it. The instrument has a stainless steel constant temperature water tank with a water circulation device, suitable for penetration tests at different temperatures. The penetration temperature is detected by the sensor, and the computer displays the penetration graph in real time. After the experiment is completed, the computer software automatically analyzes and processes it, and prints the test report.

Product Information
The microcomputer controlled asphalt mixture road performance testing system is a multifunctional wheel load tester developed using industrial computer technology, multi-channel data acquisition technology, sensor technology, and computer data processing technology. Mainly used to evaluate the long-term deformation (rutting), fatigue fracture, and moisture sensitivity of asphalt mixtures under dry or wet conditions. This system is a digestion, absorption, and improvement of the existing LAPA-1 asphalt pavement analyzer technology in the United States, which is closer to the requirements of the "Highway Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture Test Regulations" for specimens and the actual situation of road surfaces in China. Conducting a complete permanent deformation evaluation test takes 2 hours and 15 minutes (8000 cycles). The fatigue fracture testing time depends on the fatigue condition of the evaluated system.
The evaluation of the sensitivity of asphalt mixture to permanent deformation (rutting) is obtained by measuring the permanent deformation at the wheel track of a block shaped or columnar specimen under repeatable wheel loads. This system has an automatic data acquisition system to measure wheel rut data and display it in numerical and graphical form. The corresponding upper limit of contact pressure can reach 1.4 Mpa after passing through a strip specimen or six circular specimens (with an upper limit of 113 kg/250 lbs). Three strip specimens or six circular specimens (which can be obtained by rotary compactor, vibratory compactor, Marshall apparatus, or road coring) are placed in a specially designed mold and tested in a controllable high temperature, dry, or immersed environment.
The fatigue durability of asphalt mixtures can be determined by placing beam shaped specimens in a low-temperature environment and conducting repeated wheel loading tests with controllable numerical values and contact pressures. Three strip specimens or six circular specimens (kneaded or on-site core specimens) can be tested simultaneously in a controlled high-temperature dry or immersed environment.
The automatic data acquisition system has fatigue testing software. The fatigue software averages the measured values at both ends of the strip specimen and draws a solid parameter line. Obtain a test value in the middle of the strip specimen and draw a dotted line. As fatigue increases, the bifurcation of the two curves increases, and the curves climb rapidly when the specimen breaks.
