This system is designed as an instrument for static triaxial testing of asphalt concrete based on the "Test Code for Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete DL/T5362-2006". It is mainly used to determine the shear strength and deformation parameters of asphalt concrete under triaxial stress states. This equipment adopts servo motor transmission technology and our company Developed as a new mechanical testing hardware platform, it features easy operation, automatic control of confining pressure, and complete computer control.

The instrument consists of a loading host, a low-temperature constant temperature water bath (with external circulation), a confining pressure control system, a volume transfer tube, a pressure chamber, an air compressor, a measurement and control system, a PC, and software.

The confining pressure control system is provided by an air compressor to maintain a constant confining pressure, and an external circulating water bath is used to fill the pressure chamber with water and maintain a constant temperature of the specimen. The control system adopts a 7-inch color touch screen, which is easy to operate and understand. Randomly configure PC test software with functions such as inputting user information, saving test information, and outputting test result reports and curve graphs
