Product Information

This testing equipment is used to test the air tightness, water tightness, and wind pressure resistance of building exterior doors and windows, quantifying performance parameters. This device can be operated automatically, with automatic pressure control, automatic data collection and calculation, and automatic generation of reports.

This device has a simple structure, is easy to use and reliable, easy to maintain, has a high degree of automation, comprehensive software functions, and is suitable for local command supervision departments and manufacturers at all levels.

GB/T7108-2008 "Classification and Testing Method for Watertightness Performance of Building External Windows"

GB/T5823 "Terminology for Building Doors and Windows"

GB/T5824 "Series of Dimensions for Door and Window Openings in Buildings"

Product Features:

1. Applicable to the new standard GB/T 7106-2019 for testing the air tightness, water tightness, and wind pressure resistance performance of building exterior doors and windows.

2. Pneumatic directional air valve design, automatic completion of positive and negative pressure reversal, and automatic switching of high and low pressure sensors.

3. The integrated design of the control system and static pressure box comes with a 10 inch configuration touch screen, which can achieve data monitoring and box control.

4. Automatic opening and closing of the buckle box (electrically controlled), fully silicone sealed, automatic pneumatic locking (a total of 10 locking cylinders, far exceeding the 6 locking cylinders of competitors), to prevent natural leakage inside the box.

5. A recyclable water tank with a filtering device can achieve water tightness detection without the need for an external water source casing.

6. Fully transparent (standard) buckle box, convenient for direct observation during the testing process.

7. Side inlet air supply duct, with evenly distributed back panel nozzles and even water volume distribution during watertight spraying. The water flow rate can be adjusted.

8. Deformation detection uses a digital dial gauge for higher accuracy and does not require calibration.

9. Qin style measurement and control cabinet, equipped with a touch sensitive 19 inch industrial tablet computer and LAN port connection.

10. The EMC design of the entire circuit can reduce interference with surrounding electrical appliances when the high-power frequency converter is turned on.
