Product Information

The HD-BD1824 building door and window insulation performance testing system is suitable for determining the conductivity coefficient and anti condensation factor of external doors and windows. The data collection and temperature measurement of this device are automatically controlled by a microcomputer, using high-precision temperature measuring components to improve measurement accuracy.

This device has two door opening methods: horizontal door opening and vertical door opening. Customers can choose according to the actual space of the laboratory.

Applicable standard GB/T 8484-2020 Test Method for Thermal Insulation Performance of Building External Doors and Windows

Product Features:

1. The device adopts the calibration hot box method to detect the heat transfer coefficient of the enclosure structure. The whole machine includes 224 temperature measurement points, and uses high temperature sensors and Yudian high temperature intelligent instruments to control the temperature of the cold and hot boxes separately.

2. An external compressor dehumidification system that fully complies with regulatory requirements.

3. The instrument adopts a 7-inch configuration screen to display and control the temperature of the cold and hot boxes, and a 19 inch industrial tablet computer that works independently collects the temperature of the measuring points and completes the experimental calculations. The graphic and textual display of various temperature and temperature sensor layout points is intuitive, clear, and easy to operate.

4. The powerful computer software system is easy to operate, has powerful functions, supports direct printing and output of detection reports, and supports cloud data storage and management. (Free lifetime cloud storage from the factory)

5. The cold and hot box adopts high-density polyurethane foam cold storage panels with a wall thickness of 150mm, greatly reducing heat loss and improving detection accuracy.

6. The baffle design of the cold box is adjustable, making it more convenient to install the test piece.

7. The wind speed of the cold box fan can be adjusted. The hot box baffle is detachable.

8. The whole machine has up to 224 temperature measurement points, and sensors for each test category are used. With one installation of the test piece, all relevant measurements of the test piece can be completed without opening the door.

9. It has the function of measuring pressure difference between cold and hot boxes.

10. There are two types of box structures with space requirements, suitable for small room laboratories.
