This testing equipment is used for on-site testing of the air tightness or water tightness performance of building doors and windows, quantifying performance parameters. This device can achieve automatic pressure control, automatic data collection and calculation, and automatic generation of reports.

This device has a simple structure, is easy to use and reliable, easy to maintain, has a high degree of automation, comprehensive software functions, and is suitable for local command supervision departments and manufacturers at all levels.

GB/T7106-2008 "Classification and Testing Methods for Airtightness and Wind Load Resistance Performance of Building External Doors and Windows"

Product Features:

1) The device comes with temperature and atmospheric pressure sensors, which can automatically convert measurement conditions into standard states.

2) A 10.1-inch touch screen can display the current system status and data from various sensors for easy viewing.

3) The frequency converter of the fan is directly connected to the PC through the RS485 bus, allowing for faster and more precise control of speed.

4) There are two reserved power sockets on the controller panel for convenient power supply to other components.

5) There is space for a laptop directly on the right side of the controller panel, and there is no need for a computer desk on site.

6) The PC and configuration screen are connected using a more stable network port TCP protocol, ensuring communication speed while being more stable and having stronger anti-interference capabilities.

7) Adopting an inverter type frequency converter, the entire machine can directly use 220V AC power supply.

8) Our independently developed PC version door and window testing software has complete testing and data management functions, and our company provides lifetime free cloud storage function regardless of capacity. (Factory default activation)
