The thermal conductivity tester for insulation materials is a double plate method testing equipment designed in accordance with GB/T 10294-2008 "Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics of insulation materials - Protective hot plate method". Used to measure the thermal conductivity of various homogeneous board shaped insulation materials and materials with poor thermal conductivity. This instrument adopts a brand new appearance design, integrated control design, easy operation, convenient data generation, and high degree of automation. Its control system is newly designed and has independent intellectual property rights. A 17 inch industrial tablet was directly installed on the host, with a user-friendly interface and easy to understand operation. Adopting fully isolated hardware circuit design in circuit design enhances the EMC performance of equipment and improves its operational stability. This machine adopts an improved high temperature digital temperature sensor (calibrated separately near the target temperature point, with a temperature of 0.1 ℃), a data acquisition motherboard designed with a gate, a high temperature DC power meter, and multiple protection circuits to ensure the safety of the detection process. It has functions such as real-time curve display, data storage, over temperature protection, overload protection, and direct connection to a printer for printing.
Product Features:
1. Human computer interface: Using a 17 inch industrial control tablet computer, it realizes the control of the operation and testing process of the whole machine, prints test reports, displays process curves, and stores, analyzes, and processes data, and calculates the final thermal conductivity value based on comprehensive data.
2. Data acquisition motherboard: The machine is equipped with a data acquisition motherboard, which collects 52 key operation data such as temperature data and measured power at regular intervals and sends them to the upper computer for processing. It also controls the temperature of each temperature during the experiment based on the temperature control parameters and targets issued by the upper computer. The IO control part of the data acquisition board also receives four switch input button information from the front panel to control the forward and backward movement of the cold plate cylinder.
3. Measurement heating unit: Aluminum alloy CNC machined parts are used as the heating panel, which has high thermal conductivity, making the temperature of the heating panel surface more uniform and reducing thermal inertia, thus making the measurement results more accurate.
4. Cold plate unit: A high temperature cold plate unit made of aluminum alloy CNC machining, controlled by a constant temperature water tank and a circulating pump to regulate the temperature of two 3-cold plates.
5. External protective unit: In order to ensure the stability of the testing system, a protective unit composed of cork is added around the protective board, greatly improving the testing accuracy and accelerating the stability time during testing.
6. Measurement system: The temperature is collected using the original Dallas 18B20 digital temperature sensor and a DC power sensor with a power measurement accuracy of 0.2, making the data collection results more accurate.
7. Equipped with dual displacement sensors and automatic measurement function for specimen thickness.
8. Refrigeration mechanism: Built in high-power compressor, water cooling cycle can quickly reduce the temperature of the cold plate, expand the overall temperature measurement range of the equipment, and ensure that the detection range is not affected by environmental temperature.
