The DT-5 digital oxygen index analyzer is a new product developed according to the technical requirements specified in the national standard GB/T2406. This instrument is used to determine the volume percentage of oxygen required during the combustion process of polymers. The polymer oxygen index value is the low oxygen concentration (also known as the oxygen index) required to maintain combustion for 50mm or 180s in the oxygen nitrogen mixture airflow after the substance is ignited. It can not only serve as a means of identifying the flame retardancy of polymers, but also as a research tool, providing powerful testing methods for laboratory research on flame retardant formulations and the development of new flame retardant materials. It is suitable for the flammability test of solid materials, laminated materials, foamed plastics, fabrics, films and films. The testing system uses imported oxygen sensors and displays the results digitally. It has the advantages of accurate judgment and good reproducibility, making it an ideal testing equipment for scientific research and production quality control.
