Product scope of application: 1. Used for performance testing of safety belt systems for pole work, performance testing of safety belt systems for area restrictions, performance testing of safety belt systems for fall suspension, and safety belts with rescue functions. 2. Testing the impact resistance and penetration resistance of various types of safety nets, suitable for determining the impact resistance and penetration resistance characteristics of safety nets used in high-altitude workplaces such as buildings to prevent personnel or objects from falling. It is an ideal testing equipment for enterprises, research institutions, universities, commercial inspection and arbitration, technical supervision and other departments.

Product Features:

Seat belt test measurement and control system:

1. 8-inch large screen color touch LCD display, with a friendly and beautiful control system interface that is easy to understand.

2. Various tests have real-time data display and automatically latch the maximum impact force value.

3. Equipped with automatic lifting function (with real-time height display), and adjust the relative position between the release point and the test hanging point according to testing needs.

4. The wireless remote control release device has a mechanical lock and will not malfunction even in a power outage state. (The release device has a built-in lithium battery in the electrical control box).

5. The static force is automatically controlled by a microcomputer microcontroller and servo motor, and the force value is automatically constant. The test holding time can be set by oneself.

6. The control box and external electrical control system are designed according to outdoor standards.

7. Equipped with an up and down ladder and an operating platform, it is more convenient and safe for personnel to get up and down.

Safety net measurement and control system:

1. Electric lifting and releasing of impact objects, easy to operate and reliable.

2. Adopt sand pit cushioning method to effectively reduce damage from impact objects, or use thick rubber cushioning pads to effectively reduce damage from impact objects. (Optional)

3. The impact resistance test and penetration resistance performance test are dual-use, with one device meeting the requirements of both tests.

4. The majority of the overall structure is assembled by welding prefabricated structural components to ensure structural strength.

5. The height measurement adopts a detection device designed with a Chinese door, which displays the height in real time and has a height of up to 1cm. After setting the lifting height, it automatically stops when it reaches the target height.

6. Equipped with power-off protection function and specially designed buckle device, power-off will not cause misoperation.

7. The entire system and electrical control box are designed according to outdoor usage conditions.

8. The human-computer interaction interface adopts an 8-inch touch screen, with highly real-time display and simple operation.

9. The release device adopts wireless controller remote control (with built-in lithium battery), and there is no wire connection on the hook and steel wire rope, making the whole machine safe and reliable.
