Product Features:

1. Adopting a 7-inch touch screen for human-computer interaction, it has the advantages of sensitive response speed, easy observation, and convenient operation.

2. The test time is pre-set, and after the test time is reached, the test box and the head mold platform will automatically separate, and the box will rise to the initial position.

3. The temperature of each workstation can be set by oneself, and when the test temperature is reached, the box will automatically descend to the preset position and stop automatically.

4. This device can pre process 1-4 safety helmets at once.

5. Configure a 5-channel temperature measurement system to collect data from the inside of the test chamber and the inside of the 4 head molds, with independent units independently collecting, displaying, and controlling data.

6. Configure 5 sets of independent unit airflow circulation devices to ensure that the temperature inside the test chamber and head mold meets the standard requirements.

7. There are a total of 4 1 # head molds made of aluminum alloy.
