The AQM-QDGX-B safety helmet chin strap strength lateral rigidity tester is suitable for testing the lateral pressure resistance performance and chin strap strength of safety helmets. This instrument adopts a dual-purpose high precision force sensor for tension and compression, which can be used in one machine for both lateral pressure resistance and chin strap strength testing of safety helmets. The product is widely used in safety helmet production enterprises, major quality inspection units, and construction engineering testing stations. Applicable standard: GB/T 2812-2006 "Test Method for Safety Helmets". GB 2811-2019 Head protection helmets.

Product Features:

1. Adopting a dual-purpose high precision spoke sensor for tension and compression.

2. The structure adopts high precision parts such as linear bearings and ball screws, and the loading system adopts a stepper motor to control the loading speed accurately, without abnormal noise during operation.

3. When measuring the lateral rigidity performance and chin strap strength of a safety helmet, there is no need to replace any parts, making the operation more convenient and efficient.

4. The equipment has overload protection and limit protection functions, effectively protecting the entire distance measuring device.
