Product Information

The AQM-FA-A safety helmet impact puncture resistance testing machine is suitable for testing the impact resistance and puncture resistance performance of safety helmets. This product can automatically raise the height (height can be set), and the cone and hammer can be quickly exchanged, making it a dual-use machine. In terms of control system, high-speed A/D samplers and high-precision dynamic force sensors are used to accurately capture the peak impact force and load changes. In terms of operation, it uses a 7-inch touch screen with functions for displaying impact curves, saving data, and exporting. This product is widely used in safety helmet production enterprises, major quality inspection units, and construction engineering testing stations. Applicable standard: GB/T 2812-2006 "Test Method for Safety Helmets". GB 2811-2019 Head protection helmets.

Product Features:

1. Equipped with an embedded high-speed processor, it collects, automatically records, and locks the peak impact force of 20k high-speed dynamic signals.

7-inch touchscreen display.

The force value change curve is displayed.

Equipped with U data export function.

The sensor can be disassembled and calibrated separately.

2. Elevate height for automatic positioning. After positioning, the hammer and cone can be directly interchanged with the same height.

3. The hammer and puncture hammer can be freely replaced, and the operation is simple.

4. Surrounding metal protective net, front can be opened, with locking detection device.

Main technical parameters:

1. Head mold: Complies with the provisions of Appendix A of GB/T2812-2006 "Test Methods for Safety Hats" standard.

2. Drop hammer: Impact drop hammer: The mass is 5+0.01kg, the hammer head is hemispherical with a radius of 48mm, and the material is 45 # steel.

5. Hammer height: 1000mm ± 5mm (adjustable).

6. 1 # and 2 # magnesium aluminum alloy test head molds, each with a weight of 5.0kg ± 0.1kg, and other dimensions and parameters comply with the provisions of Appendix A of GB/T2812-2006.
