The HT-M200 fully automatic double end face grinding machine is a product independently developed and produced by our company according to the latest standards. It is an essential equipment for producing mechanical testing standard samples for various non-metallic solids such as rocks and concrete. It can process high-precision test samples for you, suitable for colleges and universities, water conservancy and hydropower, geology and mineral resources, transportation, construction and other departments.
The machine consists of a base worktable, grinding power head, transmission system, electronic control device and other parts. The whole machine is easy to operate, and the manual and automatic feed can be switched freely, with stable performance.

3、 Product features and functions
This product uses a pneumatic system to clamp the specimen and switch between manual and automatic feeding. The introduction of the pneumatic system simplifies the process of fixing and disassembling the sample, and ensures that the contact surface of the sample is subjected to stable forces during the grinding process, thus protecting the sample. The device is equipped with a silent air pump to provide a pressure source for the entire system, greatly reducing noise pollution during use.
The system uses 380V power supply, but the equipment has requirements for grinding wheel rotation. The electric control system has a phase sequence protector, and the equipment has been debugged before leaving the factory. When the user installs the device and turns on the power, if the device does not work and music sounds, it indicates that the power phase sequence is reversed. Simply change the position of any two live wires.
The control system consists of a PLC and a 7-inch full-color touch screen human-machine interaction screen (with built-in configuration software), with simple and easy to operate parameter settings, real-time display of equipment working status and animation effects on the monitor, and commonly used functions with mechanical all stainless steel buttons for fast and reliable operation. The newly designed electronic control system will provide users with an enjoyable operating experience.
The reciprocating motion of the workbench is driven by a motor to drive the gearbox, which in turn drives the screw to rotate, forming the reciprocating motion of the workbench. The workbench is equipped with limit switches at both ends, and the control system detects the limit and activates directional motion control.
The grinding head of this machine is a dedicated diamond grinding wheel, which is directly installed on two dedicated motor spindles and driven forward or backward by two horizontal workbenches. It can be automatic or manual, and users can choose according to their needs. When selecting automatic, the feed rate of the single-sided grinding wheel is 0.25mm per time. Users can select single-sided grinding or double-sided grinding through touch screen operation. When choosing double-sided grinding, both grinding heads feed simultaneously and complete the grinding of both end faces simultaneously.
The sample fixture and two grinding wheels on the workbench are carefully calibrated before leaving the factory to ensure the verticality and parallelism of the ground samples. Two parallel surfaces and six cubic specimens are ground each time, and generally only three rounds of grinding are required by this equipment
