1、 Introduction

A fully automatic rock sawing machine is a machine used for cutting regular rocks, cement concrete, or non-metallic materials of equivalent hardness. It can automatically complete the automatic sawing process, saving time and effort from manual operation, and improving work efficiency and accuracy. The machine consists of a frame, saw blades, control system, and power supply system. Its saw blade is usually made of diamond and can cut rocks of various hardness. This machine is equipped with a starting clamping device, and the cutting blade walking device is composed of a wire rail and a stepper motor. Using industrial PLC as the main controller, it has high reliability and stability, suitable for various harsh industrial environments, and can operate stably for a long time.

Standard pneumatic and manual fixtures.

The system is equipped with a built-in air pressure monitoring device. If the pressure of the pneumatic fixture is insufficient, the cutting machine cannot start working, greatly increasing safety.

The cutting device can be adjusted up and down (the saw blade can be adjusted up and down).

The cutting feed adopts a rail steel+HGW wire rail design, driven by a stepper motor, greatly improving the stability of the cutting device, thereby enhancing the accuracy and flatness of the cutting surface.

The cutting is automatically restored to its initial state after completion.
