When hardened in water, the volume of concrete remains unchanged or undergoes very small expansion. This instrument can be used by building science research institutions, design departments, relevant laboratories, and construction units to measure the shrinkage and expansion deformation of concrete.
This model of shrinkage and expansion instrument adopts the latest high-speed ARM microprocessor core, embedded with real-time OS, comprehensive software functions, 7-inch full-color touch display screen, fully Chinese display, whether debugging or testing, easy to operate and learn. Intelligent microcomputer control realizes the automation of the working process, easy operation, high precision, stable speed, reliable performance, and beautiful appearance.
Mainly used for fully automatic recording of relevant parameters such as shrinkage and expansion of concrete, mortar or masonry brick specimens. The instrument comes with a built-in lithium battery for easy use while moving, and can perform tests on 3-16 samples simultaneously. The instrument can store five consecutive sets of test data (with a test period of 14 days and a total of 16 channels, each channel saving data every 10 minutes). After exceeding the number of experiments, it will overwrite the data saved in the previous experiment.

The controller can work independently. The controller saves the test data after power failure, and users can retrieve historical data to view and export it from the computer.
