1.1 Overview

The microelectromechanical hydraulic servo manhole cover pressure testing machine (hereinafter referred to as the testing machine) is mainly used for testing the compressive performance and residual deformation of manhole covers and drainage grates. This machine applies modern computer control technology and consists of a servo control system consisting of a wide speed range electro-hydraulic proportional servo valve, a computer, and a measurement and control unit. It can accurately control and measure the entire testing process. The whole machine consists of a host, servo hydraulic source, computer measurement and control system, and other parts. The experimental process is controlled by a computer program, which automatically measures, displays, and processes experimental data. This machine uses specialized Chinese software for manhole cover testing to achieve professional testing of manhole covers.

This product is applicable to industry or national standards such as CJ/T 511-2017 "Cast Iron Inspection Manhole Cover", CJ/T 121-2000 "Recycled Resin Composite Material Inspection Manhole Cover", JC 889-2001 "Steel Fiber Concrete Inspection Manhole Cover", GB/T 23858-2009 "Inspection Manhole Cover", etc. The product structure and performance meet the requirements of the test specifications.

2.2 Product Features

1. The host adopts a high-strength structure with a design margin of 1.5 times the structural strength to ensure safety during the testing process.

2. The height of the workbench is 425mm, which is convenient for taking and placing manhole cover specimens.

3. The ball joint connection is used between the upper pressure plate and the piston push out end to ensure complete contact between the manhole cover and the upper pressure plate, ensuring the authenticity of the measured bearing capacity.

4. The oil cylinder and piston are sealed with special materials to achieve high sealing, low friction, and long service life.

5. Adopting professional experimental oil pump motor assembly, low noise and long service life.

6. Computer automatic control, real-time display of current force value, peak value, test process information, etc.

7. Real time recording of test curves and high-speed sampling during the experimental process.

8. The control mode has control functions such as constant velocity stress, constant velocity test force, and test force maintenance, as well as screen display functions for test force, peak value, piston displacement, and test curve. The test curve has force time curve, force deformation curve, and deformation time curve, and the control mode smoothly transitions.

9. Equipped with overload protection, when the force value exceeds the rated theoretical value of the testing machine, it will automatically unload or stop the test.
