1. The main unit of the testing machine is composed of a base, columns, crossbeams, oil cylinders, pistons, upper and lower pressure plates, etc. 1T and 30T pressure sensors are installed under the crossbeam, while the oil tank and hydraulic system are installed under the main engine. A dust cover is installed between the oil cylinder and the lower pressure plate to prevent dust from entering the space between the piston and the oil cylinder when the piston rises and falls, thereby accelerating their wear. There is a sealing ring installed between the piston and the oil cylinder to prevent oil from overflowing. There is an annular groove on the top of the cylinder and an oil leakage channel. The oil overflows back to the oil tank through copper pipes, thus keeping the machine clean around.
2. The hydraulic system of this testing machine is mainly composed of a motor, a high-pressure oil pump, a digital valve, a directional valve, and a safety valve. The lifting speed of the hydraulic cylinder is adjusted by the opening size of the digital valve, which will be automatically adjusted by the software based on the feedback system.
3. The measurement and control cabinet of this testing machine uses a highly integrated integrated integrated industrial computer.
