BH-60 Automatic Asphalt Mixing Machine

1、 Purpose:

The automatic asphalt mixer is an essential mixing machine for preparing asphalt sand gravel mixture or cement sand gravel mixture samples. Fully comply with the provisions of the Ministry of Transport standard T0702-2011 "Test Regulations for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering". At present, it has been widely used in laboratories of scientific research, construction, and supervision departments in the highway system.

2、 Structure and working principle

The structural principle of the machine is shown in Figure 1. It consists of three main parts - a heating pot, a mixer, and an electrical control box. The temperature of the heating pot can be set arbitrarily within the range of room temperature to 250 ℃ and automatically controlled. The mixer consists of a mixing shaft, a motor, and a mixing blade.

During work, the mixing slurry rotates in the pot to mix the mixture. The stirring time is set by a digital time relay and can be arbitrarily set within the range of 1 to 999 seconds.

In addition, the temperature control meter is used to set the mixing temperature, and the PID temperature control algorithm with built-in fuzzy logic is used. The heating pot is heated with thermal oil to evenly heat the mixture. And software optimization is carried out for the heat transfer characteristics of the mixing pot, with precise temperature control.
