I. Overview
The asphalt vibration compaction forming machine is a specialized equipment designed and manufactured according to the industry standard of the People's Republic of China (JTGE51-2009), which requires technical spare parts for the vibration method specimen forming of semi steel base materials. It is used to manufacture various specimens of inorganic binder stabilized aggregates, including cylindrical specimens for testing unconfined compressive strength, strength, indirect tensile strength, and compressive rebound modulus, and beam specimens for testing thermal shrinkage coefficient, dry shrinkage coefficient, flexural strength, and flexural rebound modulus.

2.1 Static pressure: 1900N ± 10% (adjustable)
2.2 Excitation force: 6800-6900N (adjustable)
2.3 Vibration frequency: 28-30HZ
2.4 Cylindrical specimen mold
Steel mold: inner diameter 152mm, height 170mm, wall thickness 10mm
Steel mold ring: inner diameter 152mm, height 50mm, wall thickness 10mm
2.5 Beam specimen mold
Steel side panel: length 450mm, width 180mm, thickness 150mm
Steel cushion block: length 450mm, width 100mm, thickness 25mm
3、 Equipment installation
3.1 Foundation
This equipment has a strong impact force on the ground during the molding process, so the foundation of the equipment is required to have an anti vibration capacity of over 10000N. Lay a 5mm thick hard rubber plate on the equipment base and fix it with corner screws.
There should be at least 1 meter of space around the equipment for operation and maintenance.
3.2 Power Supply
The required power supply for the equipment is three-phase four wire 380V, 2KW, and the equipment should be reliably grounded.
3.3 Equipment Connection
The frequency converter is installed inside the control cabinet. There are a total of 5 aviation plugs with different pin spaces between the electrical control box, frequency converter, and equipment body. It can be matched one by one and connected to each other.
