The asphalt mixture specimen cutting machine is a semi enclosed automatic specimen cutting machine developed by our company. It is used to cut standard cylindrical (Φ 101.6, Φ 152.4) and 300 * 300 plate specimens of asphalt mixture into other sizes required for mechanical testing of asphalt mixture. It has the characteristics of high accuracy, stable operation, and safety and reliability. Other clamping accessories can also be installed according to user needs for cutting non-metallic materials and pipes such as terrazzo, natural stone, concrete products, ceramics, refractory bricks, etc. This instrument adopts specially developed intelligent control devices and software. This machine is equipped with a starting clamping device, and the cutting blade walking device is composed of a wire rail and a stepper motor. It runs stably, has a small lateral swing, and has high cutting accuracy.

Three main features and functions

Standard configuration includes pneumatic circular fixtures and pneumatic plate-shaped fixtures.
The system is equipped with a built-in air pressure monitoring device. If the pressure of the pneumatic fixture is insufficient, the cutting machine cannot start working, greatly increasing safety.
