Overview

The asphalt mixture specimen cutting machine is a semi enclosed automatic specimen cutting machine developed by our company. It is used to cut standard cylindrical (Φ 101.6, Φ 152.4) and 300 * 300 plate specimens of asphalt mixture into other sizes required for mechanical testing of asphalt mixture. It has the characteristics of high accuracy, stable operation, and safety and reliability. Other clamping accessories can also be installed according to user needs for cutting non-metallic materials and pipes such as terrazzo, natural stone, concrete products, ceramics, refractory bricks, etc. This instrument adopts specially developed intelligent control devices and software. This machine is equipped with a starting clamping device, and the cutting blade walking device is composed of a wire rail and a stepper motor. It runs stably, has a small lateral swing, and has high cutting accuracy.

Three main features and functions

The 7-inch touch screen human-machine interaction method has the advantages of sensitive response speed, easy observation, and convenient operation.

The control system is simple and easy to understand. Simply set the cutting parameters through the touch screen to automatically complete the cutting operation.

Having comprehensive safety protection measures, such as saw blade protection covers, safety switches, etc., can effectively prevent accidental injuries.

Using industrial PLC as the main controller, it has high reliability and stability, suitable for various harsh industrial environments, and can operate stably for a long time.

Standard configuration includes pneumatic circular fixtures and pneumatic plate-shaped fixtures.

The system is equipped with a built-in air pressure monitoring device. If the pressure of the pneumatic fixture is insufficient, the cutting machine cannot start working, greatly increasing safety.

The cutting device can be adjusted up and down (the saw blade can be adjusted up and down).

The cutting feed adopts a rail steel+HGW wire rail design, driven by a stepper motor, greatly improving the stability of the cutting device, thereby enhancing the accuracy and flatness of the cutting surface.

The cutting is automatically restored to its initial state after completion.
