The new type of uniaxial compression testing machine for asphalt mixtures is a product newly launched by our company based on the improved design of the original host. This testing machine adopts an integrated design of host and control, which is easy to operate, stable and reliable. It can complete uniaxial compression tests (cylinder method) and uniaxial compression tests (prism method).
The newly designed control system adopts high-speed CPU design, 10.1-inch color LCD screen display, and user-friendly interface. Adopting an analog-to-digital separation design, the high-speed sampling CPU is specifically responsible for data sampling, and supports 2 displacement sensor inputs and 4 pressure sensor inputs, with high accuracy and small errors. It also uses a built-in real-time RTOS and complete testing software functions, which can complete unconventional tests of various materials. It has functions such as real-time curve display, data storage, upper and lower limit and overload protection, and direct connection to printers.

Adopting a 10.1-inch LCD screen as the main control and display screen of the system, the interface is friendly and intuitive. The LCD screen can display complete test data and real-time test curves. Built in embedded real-time OS, modular software design, simple and convenient operation.
Two pressure sensor input channels can be selected with different ranges to meet different testing requirements.
Built in micro printer that can print data reports.
Built in data storage function, can save test numbers, test types, test times, test results, and test curve data, up to 100 sets of test data, and can directly view the completed test data on the LCD screen.
8 pressure recording points can be set.
It has upper and lower limit protection functions to protect the loading mechanism from external damage.
Equipped with overload detection function, the device automatically shuts down when the current pressure value exceeds the sensor range.
