[Overview]

This instrument adopts a high-speed dual CPU design, with a large screen (240 × 128 dot matrix) LCD Chinese graphic LCD display. It adopts an analog-to-digital separation design, and the high-speed sampling CPU is specifically responsible for data sampling. It also supports 2 displacement sensor inputs and 2 pressure sensor inputs in a time-sharing manner, with high precision. It also adopts a built-in real-time RTOS and has data saving function. At the same time, this device can be connected to a PC for communication and operated under the control of PC software.

[Hardware Function]

1.240 × 128 large screen LCD display, numeric keypad.

The input channel of the 2.2 channel time-sharing pressure sensor can be configured with different ranges to complete different functional tests.

[Software Function]

1. Built in embedded real-time OS, modular software design, menu based operation, simple and clear operation, complete functions.

2. RS232 communication port, with built-in communication protocol consistent with similar products of our company. The upper computer software can be connected to this instrument without modification to complete the start and stop of the test, and read the test result data and test process data.

3. The LCD screen can display complete test data and real-time test curves.

4. Built in data storage function, which can save test parameters, test types, test numbers, test results, test curve data streams, and can be viewed directly on the LCD screen.

The pressure sensors of 5.2 channels can be calibrated and stored separately. After selecting the sensor range, the software automatically retrieves the correction parameters of the sensor to correct it. Two displacement sensors can be calibrated separately. The calibration interval for pressure and displacement is 10%.

6. Equipped with a built-in micro printer driver, it can connect to a micro printer to output test results and simple curve graphs.

7. The pressure sampling channel and range can be switched at any time to complete tests with special requirements.

8. 15 stopping points can be set for both pressure and displacement, and crushing points and peak values can be detected. By setting different recording points, the pressure displacement value at any point during the experiment can be obtained. And some functions can be turned off through settings. By combining functions such as pressure range selection, recording point setting, pause function, and crushing point detection, the majority of material testing requirements can be completed.
