1. Instrument composition
The asphalt mixture splitting test machine adopts an integrated design, with the main engine and control system integrated together. The installation and connection are simple, and it has the ability to load and measure axial loads up to 50KN, as well as measure vertical deformation. It is used for measuring the maximum peak value and test deformation in lightning tests. At the same time, the main unit of this testing instrument only needs to be modified slightly and equipped with relevant accessories to complete various tests that require the application of vertical loads.
The host adopts a double column frame structure, consisting of a base, gearbox, column, crossbeam, single-phase motor, and accessories. The front of the host is equipped with a manual window. When a new machine arrives, it is necessary to rotate the rotating handwheel on the front panel to shake down the pressure head. During calibration, the rotating handwheel is used to manually apply pressure.
The upper and lower pressure head (test fixture) is equipped with displacement sensor mounting holes for fixing the displacement sensor.
There is a flat surface at the top of the upper pressure head (corresponding to the spherical surface installed at the lower end of the force sensor), which is used for automatic centering and loading of the Thunderbolt pressure head and the upper and lower pressure heads.
The center of the loading tray of the testing instrument has a circular protruding step for positioning, which matches the concave shape at the bottom of the pressing head to ensure that the fixture will not slip off. The splitting testing machine adopts S-type industrial standard sensors, which are connected to the controller through shielded cables.
