The purpose and characteristics of the instrument
The SYD-0728 asphalt mixture bending creep testing machine is used to measure the strain rate of bending creep of hot mix asphalt mixture specimens under specified temperature and loading horizontal stress conditions. Used to evaluate the deformability of asphalt mixtures. The main controller of this instrument adopts ARM high-speed CPU design, with analog-to-digital separation. The high-speed sampling chip is specifically responsible for data sampling, and high-precision displacement sensors are selected as displacement sensors, with built-in real-time RTOS.
This system is controlled by an external PC. Powerful PC software is used to control experiments, display data, save experimental results, and query historical data.
The mechanical loading device is controlled by a stepper motor, and the lifting system comes with upper and lower limit protection, effectively preventing faults such as instrument damage caused by exceeding the travel of the conductive screw during the test process. The lifting speed is set in real-time by the PC, and the speed can be continuously adjusted to meet the testing requirements.
The integrated thermostat can maintain a constant temperature between -10~60 degrees, with an imported compressor refrigeration system and PTC heating system, and built-in lighting. According to the experimental requirements, the instrument automatically maintains a constant temperature with a temperature fluctuation of less than 0.1 ℃. Moreover, this device has a temperature control function for the water tank and comes with a water tank circulation system. It can also complete high and low temperature small beam bending tests.
