1.1 Product Overview

Low temperature cracking of asphalt mixtures is one of the main forms of asphalt pavement damage, and one of the methods used to study and evaluate the low-temperature crack resistance performance of asphalt mixtures is the low-temperature restrained freeze-thaw test (TSRST), which is a restrained specimen temperature stress test. This product is a specialized equipment for TSRST testing based on the "Test Code for Hydraulic Asphalt Concrete DL/T 5362-2018". This equipment adopts a servo transmission system, combined with high-precision and high-efficiency mechanical transmission system and electronic control technology, and is specially equipped with a low-temperature environment box that can be as low as -50 degrees. It is specifically used for low-temperature temperature stress testing of mixtures and is suitable for hydraulic, highway and other related scientific research institutions.

The equipment consists of a loading host, a control cabinet, a low-temperature environment box, fixtures, etc. The loading host adopts servo motor control, which has the characteristics of smooth transmission, large speed ratio range, and low operating noise. The control software can be based on closed-loop control of stress and strain. The environmental box is an independent and movable box with 4 wheels of feet, which can be easily moved. The environmental box has functions such as cooling, heating, air circulation, lighting, etc., and the temperature can be set arbitrarily between -50~40 ℃. The environmental box controller is connected to the main control through a serial communication line. The experimental operation is completed through software on the PC. The software has a user-friendly interface and more detailed test report functions.

1.3 System Function Characteristics and Configuration

The environmental box adopts an imported high-efficiency stacked refrigeration unit, a 180mm thick foam insulation layer, and is equipped with an independently operated touch screen temperature controller, which can achieve a cooling rate of 50 ℃ within 1 hour.

The environment box and the host are designed to be separated, based on a guide rail roller movement method, which can be removed when not in use.

Equipped with high-precision LVDT displacement sensors, the circuit and sensitive components are designed separately to prevent drift in sensor output data caused by environmental temperature.

Automatic compensation technology for rack deformation based on software closed-loop eliminates the impact of low-temperature deformation of the transmission rod on the fixture.

An 8-inch true color touch LCD screen installed on the side of the host, which can be operated quickly during testing.

A measurement and control cabinet that is suitable for human standing operation, equipped with a keyboard and mouse operation platform.

The main control computer is a 19 inch Windows industrial tablet computer, which is equipped with our company's self-developed specialized temperature stress testing software. It can complete the calculation and display of fracture temperature, fracture strength, and temperature stress curve slope.

Standard configuration includes a dedicated extremely low shrinkage coefficient tensile fixture, with a specimen size that meets the specification requirements (40 * 40 * 220mm). The fixture is made of low shrinkage coefficient Invar material, and its shrinkage coefficient meets the requirements of this test without the need for additional calibration.
