Product Information

This instrument is mainly used to determine the penetration of viscous petroleum asphalt, viscous shale asphalt, and liquid petroleum asphalt, as well as the residue of asphalt materials after distillation or emulsification. The penetration of asphalt is the depth to which a standard needle of a certain weight is vertically inserted into the specimen at a specified time and temperature.

Complies with JTG 3410-2025 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering".

Main Features

2. It can be tested continuously three times and automatically calculate the average value of the test.

3. The system testing mode allows for sensor detection.

4. The instrument needle assembly can be adjusted up and down within 0-25mm by twisting it.

6. Temperature control (25-40 ℃) is achieved by connecting a separate semiconductor cooling constant temperature water bath externally.
