Product Information

This instrument is a new generation computer softening point tester launched by our company. It adopts a newly designed structural appearance and microcomputer circuit, and has the characteristics of small size, low failure rate, high intelligence, and simple and fast use. This instrument adopts a 7-inch touch screen display, programmable magnetic stirrer, bottom heating plate heating, good temperature linearity, high-precision light detection technology to scan the sinking distance of the steel ball (25.0mm) and automatically record the test results. Simply press the "start test" button to complete the test automatically, and the results are accurate and reliable. It can be used for asphalt performance testing and research in highways, urban construction, petrochemicals, and scientific research institutes (schools).

This softening point tester adopts a patented adaptive ambient light algorithm, which can effectively solve the problem of detection circuit aging and unreliable detection caused by ambient light interference. Invention patent number: 201710028727.4. This series of products can be optionally equipped with a networked version, which can be paired with networked PC software and industrial tablets. It provides multiple networking modes such as direct serial port upload, remote database upload, and local data reading.

Product Features:

1. All models have 7-inch color touch screens, with user-friendly human-computer interaction and quick operation. The removable sample ring bracket can be cooled together with the sample in constant temperature water. A highly reliable optical optoelectronic detection system, coupled with our patented algorithm, can effectively reduce the impact of ambient light and is not afraid of interference and obstruction caused by water bubbles.

4. The software system is compatible with both Chinese and English, and can be switched through system settings. Real time data display, heating curve display, manual or automatic recording.
