This instrument is a new generation computer softening point tester launched by our company. It adopts a newly designed structural appearance and microcomputer circuit, and has the characteristics of small size, low failure rate, high intelligence, and simple and fast use. This instrument adopts a 7-inch touch screen display, programmable magnetic stirrer, bottom heating plate heating, good temperature linearity, high-precision light detection technology to scan the sinking distance of the steel ball (25.0mm) and automatically record the test results. Simply press the "start test" button to complete the test automatically, and the results are accurate and reliable. It can be used for asphalt performance testing and research in highways, urban construction, petrochemicals, and scientific research institutes (schools).

This softening point tester adopts a patented adaptive ambient light algorithm, which can effectively solve the problem of detection circuit aging and unreliable detection caused by ambient light interference.
