Product Information

The asphalt film oven is designed and produced in accordance with the requirements of the latest national standard JTG3410-2025 "Test Code for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering" for asphalt film heating test and asphalt evaporation loss test (T0608/T0609-2011). Suitable for measuring the quality changes of road petroleum asphalt and polymer modified asphalt film after heating, and determining the changes in properties such as penetration, elongation, softening point, viscosity, etc. of asphalt residue after film heating as needed to evaluate the aging resistance of asphalt.

This product is non explosion proof. Any volatile, flammable, or explosive materials are strictly prohibited from being placed in the box for heating to avoid danger.

Function: Simulate the aging process that occurs during the production of hot mix asphalt mixture, used to determine the aging asphalt samples in the test.

Product Features:

1. The outer body is composed of electrostatically sprayed thin steel plates, with two layers of structure on top and bottom. The upper half is a fully stainless steel workshop with double layered doors, and the center is equipped with a glass window. Equipped with lighting indoors, the reading of the indoor thermometer can be easily seen from the outside during the measurement. The lower layer consists of the measurement and control system as well as heating auxiliary components.

2. The heating device is installed at the bottom of the working area and uses natural convection to heat the air. Uniformly heat the working chamber through the upper, lower, and back air ducts.

3. There is a turntable in the center of the studio that can hold four asphalt sample dishes, which is driven by a motor. Rotate at a speed of 5.5 revolutions per minute.

4. The temperature control adopts LCD intelligent instrument and also has timing control function to ensure that it meets the requirements of the test regulations of 163 ℃± 0.5 ℃; ℃.
