The asphalt rotary film oven is designed and produced in accordance with the requirements of the latest national standard JTG3410-2025 for asphalt film heating test (T0610-2011). Suitable for measuring the quality changes of road petroleum asphalt and polymer modified asphalt after rotary film oven heating (RTFOT), and determining the changes in properties such as penetration, viscosity, ductility, and brittle point of asphalt residue after rotary film heating as needed to evaluate the aging performance of asphalt.
This product is non explosion proof. Any volatile, flammable, or explosive materials are strictly prohibited from being heated inside the box to avoid danger.
Function: Simulate the aging process that occurs during the production of hot mix asphalt mixture, used to determine the aging asphalt samples in the test.
Product Features:
1. The main body is made of thin steel plate, with the upper part being the working chamber, the lower part being the electrical control part, and the rear being the mechanical rotating device. The shell is coated with electrostatic spray paint.
2. The oven door is equipped with double-layer heat-resistant glass windows, which can observe the internal test situation of the oven. There are ventilation holes at the bottom and top of the oven, and there is a ventilation space between the oven and the inner wall. A squirrel cage fan is installed at the midpoint of the top of the oven and driven to rotate by a motor. There is a ring-shaped metal frame on the rear wall of the oven, which can lock and open 8 glass bottles. The air nozzle at the bottom is connected to an air flow meter.
3. This product's temperature controller adopts fuzzy control theory and traditional PID method to control the temperature smoothly. The advanced no overshoot self-tuning scheme greatly improves the temperature fluctuation performance. When the instrument is powered on, turn on the power switch, set the required working temperature, adjust the time relay, and then turn on the heating rotation, gas supply, fan, and switch in sequence. When the working room reaches the set temperature, the temperature control instrument automatically stops heating. When the working room is below the set temperature, the temperature control instrument automatically heats up until it stabilizes at the set temperature.
