The intelligent eight wheel leveler is the latest generation of intelligent eight wheel leveler developed by our company based on the existing road surface leveler. The instrument adopts a revolutionary controller split design, where a wireless data collector operating in the ISM frequency band samples instantaneous displacement and mileage data and sends them to the main controller for data recording, calculation, storage, and printing.

The wireless data collector is powered by 4 dry batteries and can be used continuously for 15-20 hours, completing measurements of at least 150 kilometers. Wireless data collection is equipped with a small LCD screen that can display current displacement and measured mileage, with offline communication and battery undervoltage indication. Compact in size, it can be removed from the body and placed inside the main control box when not in use.

The main controller adopts a 7-inch TFT true color touch LCD screen, with full Chinese display and full touch operation, which can be regarded as the industry benchmark for human-machine interface. On the main control, the variation curve of the entire testing process data, the deviation curve of the road displacement from the average value of the interval, and the deviation curve of the test results within a range of 1km can be observed. All parameters and calculation results are displayed on one screen, with a beautiful and clear interface that is simple and easy to use. The main controller is equipped with 1Mb of memory, which can continuously store 100Km of test data. A comprehensive data management system that supports users to view continuous test results and statistical curves of a continuous road section. Users can choose to simplify or complete printing schemes, print single or entire road section test results. The built-in program can automatically organize data continuously for users to view based on the test number and time input by the user, thus avoiding the phenomenon of other manufacturers' simple controllers requiring users to continuously flip pages to search for data and judge whether the data belongs to the required road section by themselves. This innovative data management method can save users a lot of time. The main controller can be powered by 220V or 12V car cigarette lighter, thus solving the problem of frequent battery loss and damage in traditional flatness meters. The main controller can accurately monitor the remaining battery level and battery life of the collector. The main controller and collector can ensure a reliable communication distance of at least 150m on an open road surface, and even in a sealed car, the communication effect is not affected. The experimenter and operator can sit in the car to complete the entire operation, and all they need to do is to keep up with the tractor in front, not exceeding 50m.
