The new flatness meter has made breakthrough improvements in the volume, usability, and software functions of the control system. Not only does it have more powerful data storage and revolutionary report management functions, but it also has data remote transmission (cloud storage) capabilities, making the product comprehensively ahead of similar products on the market.
The wireless data collector installed on the host body samples the deformation data of the displacement sensor at fixed distance intervals and sends it to the tablet computer. Record, calculate, store, and generate related reports of data using a tablet computer.
The wireless data collector is powered by 4 dry batteries and can be used continuously for 5-10 hours, completing measurements ranging from approximately 50Km to 100km. And the data collection is equipped with a small LCD screen, which can display the current displacement and measured mileage, with offline communication and battery undervoltage indication. Compact in size, it can be removed from the body when not in use. The wireless data collector and tablet computer use Wi Fi communication. The collector works in AP mode (wireless router) and is actively connected to the collector by the tablet computer. Compared with the original transceiver working in the ISM public frequency band, Wi Fi communication can increase the communication distance to 50m and the error rate is only one ten thousandth of the original product, greatly improving communication reliability. The internal data storage adopts ACCESS database, with no upper limit on the number of records stored. In addition, a comprehensive data management system supports users to perform fuzzy queries based on numbers, project names, time, etc. Innovative report function, displaying all experimental measurements and calculations in the form of a curve graph, supporting report printing and print preview. Meanwhile, if you want to obtain more detailed data, you can export it as an EXCEL format file. Compared to the previous generation product, the control system of this instrument adopts a dynamic optimization zero displacement processing method, which improves the system error introduced by the uneven starting point test position in the test data.
