I. Overview

The automatic asphalt mixer is an essential mixing machine for preparing asphalt sand gravel mixture or cement sand gravel mixture samples. Fully comply with the provisions of the Ministry of Transport standard JTG3410-2025 "Test Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures in Highway Engineering". At present, it has been widely used in laboratories of scientific research, construction, and supervision departments in the highway system.

The automatic mixing machine for mixtures consists of three main parts: a heating pot, a mixer, and a lifting mechanism. The temperature of the heating pot can be set arbitrarily from room temperature to 250 ℃ and automatically controlled. The mixer consists of a mixing head, a motor, and a mixing blade. During operation, the mixing paddle rotates and revolves inside the pot to mix the mixture, and the mixing time is controlled by a timer. The lifting mechanism consists of components such as a motor, reducer, ball screw, etc.

2.2 Instrument Features
