Type B strain controlled direct shear apparatus (lightweight for measuring the shear strength of specimens, usually using four specimens under different vertical pressures (400 Kpa, 300 KPa, 200 KPa, and 50 KPa can be selected), applying horizontal force for shearing, obtaining the shear stress at failure, and determining the shear strength coefficient, internal friction angle, and cohesion based on Coulomb's law.
